Rental Electrical Safety Checks

We carry out comprehensive electrical safety inspections every two years to meet Victorian rental regulations. Our service includes visual inspection of fixed wiring and fittings, switchboard and RCD testing, representative testing of power and lighting circuits, and a detailed compliance report. Any repairs or replacement of faulty components are quoted separately at additional cost.
